Who is Sleepless Mind?

Aidan Hartley is an upperclassman in Kent State's Music Technology program. As an artist, his music sits at an intersection of rock and rap. Lyrically it is representative of the experiences of his past, stories he knows closely, and never shying away from his faith.

As an engineer, I offer services mixing, producing, and as a consultant. I have a limited setup for recording as well.  I have gained extensive experience in both live and studio music production. I have performed in a variety of settings, led worship, set up venues, run live sound, and mixed recorded concerts. These experiences have allowed me to develop a well-rounded skill set that keeps me adaptable in different live environments. As a student I spent time perfecting well known recording techniques and learning studio recording, so that both live and recorded audio are strong parts of my skill set. As an engineer, my goal is to help other artists realize the music that is so important to them. I am always looking for new opportunities to collaborate, learn, and push my craft further.
